Number of Treatments

This will depend on how stressed you are, muscular tightness (in the neck) and headaches. For relaxation I would recommend once every 2 weeks or once a month. If you have an area that needs treating like tightness in the neck I recommend once a week for 4-6 weeks.

The treatment lasts around 30 minutes, you are seated in a massage chair and can remain fully clothed, a range of massage techniques are used some of which are traditional Indian techniques like ‘champi’.

  • Do not smoke or drink alcohol for at least 4 hours, again these increase the levels of toxins in the body.
